SF-TC280P-9413B-T is TFT LCD module is a 2.8 inch diagonal size, 240xRGBx320, full color TFT LCD display. This TFT LCD module supports RGB/MCU 18Bit Interface and it is having module dimension of 50.0 x 69.2 x 3.5mm and Active area size of 43.2 x 57.6 mm; SF-TC280P-9413B-T LCD TFT is integrated with ILI9341V controller on module, and its logic supply voltage ranges from 2.6V to 3.3V.
SF-TC280P-9413B-T is portrait mode LCD module, with 350 cd/m2 luminance. If you would like to use it as landscape mode or increase the luminance, please contact with us for more technical support.
